We use only exemplary materials to ensure the longevity of your investment. All lumber is pressure treated as it protects the wood from rot, fungi, and marine borers. Vinyl sheet piling is the best solution to shorefront erosion as it is financially more efficient and has a longer effective life than wood or aluminum. All hardware is hot dipped and galvanized to prevent corrosion.

When it comes to paperwork, we will work with you in obtaining applications for Homeowners Associations, as well as permits from the Corp of Engineers, General Land Office, and other city and local agencies. We take great pride in the fact that we work closely with our customers throughout the planning, permitting, and construction phases of the project, providing close supervision to ensure that each job is being carried out properly for our waterfront clients.
